Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent the Senate waive Uniform Rule 42 in order to consider the Free Conference Committee Report. Without objection, Uniform Rule 42 was waived. Senator Hoffman moved the Senate adopt the Free Conference Committee Report. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. Senator Coghill rose to a point of order. President Giessel cautioned members to proceed in order. The question being: "Shall the Senate adopt the Free Conference Committee Report?"
